Episode 1 - Alice & Thomas
In Episode One of Kiwi Birth Tales I speak with Alice, who talks about the birth of her son Thomas. Alice had a smooth pregnancy and had planned to have a Water Birth at Warkworth Birthing Centre. After discovering there was Meconium in her waters at 12am Alice was rushed to North Shore Hospital for monitoring.
Thomas was born vaginally after around 6 hours of labour and 16 minutes of pushing, with gas as the only form of pain relief.
Thomas is a gorgeous healthy little man. A special episode that I hope you all love. You can find Alice on Instagram @aligirl_8
