The packs below have been created with 10 of my favourite birth affirmations you can either print the packs yourself or you can use the affirmations to create your own template / design.
Use these affirmations to visualise before your labour, repeat them again and again until you feel connected and calm when you speak them. Practice the affirmations with your birth partner, put them up on your wall. When you get to your labour you will be able to repeat them out loud or internally and remember the calm mindset you have created as a result.
